 World Organization of Wushu Kung Fu Master

The World Organization of Wushu Kung Fu Masters was established in order to promote the development and practice of Wushu Kung Fu worldwide. The organization established a systematic standard to evaluate and measure Chinese martial arts that has been agreed upon by Wushu Kung Fu masters. Students are encouraged to attain high Wushu Kung Fu principles, and to raise the standards and promote Wushu Kung Fu as the treasure of China.

Chinese Kung Fu began a long time ago, its roots are deep and vast. Kung Fu is one of the treasures of China, and a Kung Fu teacher’s work is very noble. While recognizing the accomplishments of the former Wushu masters, we wish to establish a good standard for future Kung Fu students. The World Organization of Wushu Kung Fu Masters held its first world convention on May 29, 2004 in Vancouver, Canada. Advanced level masters came from all over the world to exchange experiences, perform lion dances and demonstrate Kung Fu. SInce then, people from the Kung Fu community have enthusiastically responded and Kung Fu associations from several countries requested to host future world conventions. Hong Kong was selected to host the second world convention on January 7, 2006. I trust that our Kung Fu friends will continue to attend our conventions and support the organization. Chinese Kung Fu will move forward, develop successfully and contribute abundantly to society.
